All the Realtors we had prior to Tina seemed to be uneducated - not willing to explain anything about the steps and processes of buying a house, as we are/were first time home buyers. Not long after backing out of a contact for about 4-5 months our lawyer tells us he has this amazing Italian Realtor that is fantastic and call her. After talking with Tina - I had a good feeling- She listened to what we wanted, explained everything in full detail -Tina went above and beyond to write the owners a letter - that we were first time home buyers, high school sweethearts - we loved the house. Because of that letter we won the bidding war. We were under contract for 9 mo., house was a FHA short sale, deal ended up fall through due to sellers. A week later she found us our dream home - short sale- she worked very hard to get us to close in 3 months!
